ICE - Gaylord Texan "A Charlie Brown Christmas"

We think it was worth the little wait. It was cold, fun and very exciting!
"Charlie Brown!"
Max is at a great age for all the Christmas festivities this year. It is so cute to see him getting into it. We love his big heart and he remembers so much from last year and he is ready for everything—well except Santa. He asked me to write in his letter to Santa "please can you call UPS or Fed-EX for my new toys"! We took him to see Santa and he looked like the kid from Home Alone!

Happy Halloween

Max loves to look at all the catalogs that come in the mail. He found the Halloween section in the Williams Sonoma one and carried it around for a week asking me to take him to get a Haunted House. So that is what we did on Saturday. He was a great helper and had so much fun.

Strohmer Summer Adventures

This summer was a little busy for Max & Mommy. I went back to work the third week in June. Max headed to Children's University for Camp Rock and boy was it an action packed place! Max was excited and such a big boy about the "change".

Fourth of July Parade at Camp Rock

We went to almost all of the performances at the Levitt Pavilion. Max loves going and is always inviting others to go with us.

Our little ham!

A little move here and there

Max & Maw "Give it up for "Big Don"!

Hot, hot, hot!

Zing-Zang-Zoom! The circus was a big hit. Max was extremely fascinated by the elephants. He took it all in and sat still better than Mommy & Daddy. He is still talking about it. Sometimes he will burst out with a loud "Welcome to the Greatest Show on Earth!" or two and it is a hit & crowd pleaser every time.

Dinner at Freebirds and still talking elephants. Daddy saved the day.

We took an afternoon trip to the Dallas Aquarium.

Max is Three!

Happy Birthday, Baby Boy!

We just can't believe our baby is three!

Our lives have changed so much & so fast in the past three years. We love living life with and for Max! Max is very social and outgoing, just like his Mummy. He is so smart and focused just like his Daddy. He loves his family and friends; he would love for us to all live like The Kennedy Family. Max is such a good boy, for the most part. It makes us proud when someone compliments us on his mannerisms & his "good" witty behavior for a 2/3 yr. old. He's not your typical "only child", that is for sure. He will share almost everything (even the shirt off his back) with the exception of his real guitar. You see the guitar is not a toy in his eyes it's very personal.

Max, we love you!

"Oh, the places you'll go!"

A Little Summer Fun

We love the Levitt Pavilion and support it 100%!
It is a great venue for the whole family. Good times!
Max waiting patiently and watching every move as the band warms up.

"Party on the Patio" listening to Brad Thompson.

Post Party ---- Max insists putting on his own show!
He's very resourceful too, that is my guitar stand he attached his microphone to.

We have a skinny dipper! Max had so much fun in this tiny pool.
He made the best of it and did not seem to mind that it is far from a resort.

TCU Baseball...Go Frogs!

Max & I enjoyed the afternoon at the TCU baseball game. The Frogs are on fire and mean serious business. They are having an awesome season. It was a great day, a little sun, a little rain shower and a nice breeze! Max really got into the loud music and loved cheering for the Frogs.

Worms

Max has been "helping" Michael in the yard and discovered earth worms. I knew it was going to happen sooner or later because he is a boy, but I was hoping for him to be a little bit older. Why? I don't know other than just because I am a girl! He would pick them up and then watch every move they made once he put them down. It was funny to see him so curious!
